Räuchern verbindet Natur, Duft und Achtsamkeit. Doch was kann überhaupt geräuchert werden? Anna Mela zeigt, was aus dem Garten genutzt werden kann.
Wenn Feuer brennt und der Duft von Pflanzen aufsteigt, entsteht eine besondere Stimmung. Bei Salz & Heilsein dreht sich dieser Anlass um das Räuchern mit Pflanzen aus dem Garten. Die Pflanzenernte ist Teil des Angebots. Deshalb findet der Anlass nur bei trockenem Wetter statt.
Das erwartet die Teilnehmenden:

• Gemeinsames Zusammensein am Feuer
• Abschluss mit einem Gemüse-Chilli üer dem Feuer zubereitet.
Ein Nachmittag für alle, die Räuchern auf einfache und natürliche Weise entdecken möchten. Was bleibt, ist der Duft der Pflanzen, ein ruhiger Moment in Guggisberg und ein neuer Blick auf das, was direkt vor der Haustür wächst.

Der Workshop umfasst eine Einführung ins Räuchern, einen Gartenrundgang, das Zusammenstellen einer eigenen Räuchermischung und ein gemeinsames Abendessen.

Per Auto: Im Navi «Lochmatt» Guggisberg eingeben.
Von dort aus weiterfahren bis zum Wasserfall im Wald, parken und den Weg zu Fuss bis zum Haus gehen.
Auf Anfrage wird auch ein Shuttleservice ab Kalchstätten oder Schwarzenburg/Plaffeien angeboten.
