LED-Beleuchtung bedroht adulte Wasserinsekten: Auswirkungen und Schwellenwerte für den Abstand von Beleuchtung zu Gewässern
Die nächtliche Beleuchtung nimmt weltweit zu und verändert sich qualitativ aufgrund der Installierung von weissen LED‐Strassenlampen. Lichtverschmutzung ist eine bekannte Bedrohung für die biologische Vielfalt und die Ökosystemfunktionen.
In der vorliegenden Forschungsarbeit wurde untersucht, welche Auswirkung die Beleuchtung an Gewässern hat. Daraus resultieren Empfehlungen für das Aufstellen von Leuchtkörpern entlang von Gewässern.
