Nebst jahrelanger Erfahrung bringt das Team der Brillerei an seinen drei Standorten Riggisberg, Köniz und Bern vor allem genügend Zeit mit – für seine Kundschaft, aber auch für das Team und die Partnerfirmen. Im eigenen Atelier werden die Gläser sorgfältig in die Brillenmodelle eingearbeitet oder allfällige Reparaturen vorgenommen: « Unsere Aufgabe ist erst getan, wenn alle zufrieden bebrillt und gut beraten nach Hause gehen.
