Im Space Eye erleben die Gäste Weltall und Umwelt im 8k High-End Planetarium, durch das grösste öffentliche Teleskop der Schweiz, in der interaktiven Ausstellung, im Space Labor sowie auf dem Erlebnisweg auf die Uecht.
Im Naturpark Gantrisch bei Bern entsteht ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Im neuen multimedialen Besucherzentrum vermittelt die Stiftung Sternwarte Uecht aktuelle Forschung zu den Themen Weltraum und Umwelt.
Das Space Eye beherbergt das grösste öffentliche Teleskop der Schweiz, ein 8K-Planetarium, eine faszinierende multimediale Ausstellung, die historische Sternwarte von Willy Schaerer sowie ein Ferienhaus. Auf dem Weg zum Space Eye gehen die Gäste entlang des unterhaltsamen Erlebnispfad.
Ob ein Familienausflug am “Kids in Space” Kindernachmittag, ein Firmenanlass mit einem Dinner unter den Sternen, ein Geburtstagsfest oder eine Schulexkursion mit einer Demonstration am Teleskop: Das Space Eye bietet Erlebnisse für alle!
Das Space Eye befindet sich aktuell im Bau. Der Betriebststart ist auf den 23. September 2023 geplant.
Das Space Eye liegt auf dem Hügel «Uecht» in der Gemeinde Niedermuhlern bei Bern. Niedermuhlern ist erreichbar mit dem Postauto oder Auto, auf dem Fahrrad oder mit jedem weiteren Transportmittel nach Wahl («Ufo» nicht ausgeschlossen). Ab Niedermuhlern gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten, wie Gäste zum Space Eye auf die Uecht gelangen: zu Fuss über den Space Eye Erlebnispfad oder zu bestimmten Zeiten mit dem Space Eye Shuttle.
